Chapter1 Verse16

“अनन्तविजयं राजा कुन्तीपुत्रो युधिष्ठिरः।

नकुलः सहदेवश्च सुघोषमणिपुष्पकौ॥”


इस छंद में, पांडव सेना के अधिक नेताओं ने युद्ध के लिए अपनी तैयारी दिखाई है अपनी शंखों को बजाकर। युधिष्ठिर, जो कुंती के बड़े पुत्र और राजा हैं, ने अपनी शंख 'अनंतविजय' को बजाया। उनके भाई नकुल और सहदेव भी अपनी शंखें बजाते हैं। नकुल की शंख 'सुघोष' और सहदेव की शंख 'मणिपुष्पक' कहलाती है। इन शंखों को बजाकर उन्होंने अपनी साहस और संकल्प का संकेत दिया है। इन शंखों की ऊंची ध्वनि से हवा भर गई, सबको यह बताती हुई कि पांडव नेताओं में एकता है और वे आगामी युद्ध के लिए तैयार हैं। यह छंद पांडव भाइयों की साहसिकता और एकजुटता को उजागर करता है जैसे कि वे युद्ध के लिए तैयार हो रहे हैं।



“King Yudhishthira, the son of Kunti, blew his conch named Anantavijaya, while Nakula and Sahadeva blew their conches, Sughosha and Manipushpaka.”


In this verse, more leaders from the Pandava side blow their conch shells to show their readiness for battle. Yudhishthira, who is the eldest son of Kunti and the king, blows his conch named Anantavijaya. His brothers, Nakula and Sahadeva, also blow their conches. Nakula's conch is called Sughosha, and Sahadeva's conch is named Manipushpaka. By blowing their conch shells, they signal their courage and determination. The loud sounds of these conches fill the air, letting everyone know that the Pandava leaders are united and prepared for the upcoming fight. This verse highlights the bravery and solidarity of the Pandava brothers as they get ready for battle.
