Chapter1 Verse9

“अथ व्यवस्थितान् दृष्ट्वा धार्तराष्ट्रान् कपिध्वजः। प्रवृत्ते शस्त्रसम्पाते धनुरुद्यम्य पाण्डवः।।”


इस छंद में, भगवान कृष्ण बोल रहे हैं। उन्होंने अर्जुन से कहा कि वे उससे कुछ बहुत विशेष साझा करेंगे। यह ज्ञान सबसे गोपनीय है क्योंकि यह महत्वपूर्ण है और सभी को नहीं पता होता। कृष्ण बताते हैं कि वे अर्जुन को इसलिए बता रहे हैं क्योंकि अर्जुन एक अच्छे इंसान हैं जो दूसरों की जलन या ईर्ष्या नहीं करते। वह ज्ञान और समझ दोनों को शामिल करता है जिसे कृष्ण बांट रहे हैं। जब अर्जुन इस ज्ञान को सीखेगा, तो उसे जीवन में दुःख और समस्याओं से मुक्ति मिलेगी। कृष्ण चाहते हैं कि वे अर्जुन को खुशी और शांति से भरपूर जीने में मदद करें। यह छंद दिखाता है कि कृष्ण अपने दोस्त के प्रति अपनी प्रेम और देखभाल का इजहार करते हैं।


“Then, O King, seeing the sons of Dhritarashtra arrayed and the discharge of weapons about to begin, the son of Pandu (Arjuna), whose ensign was Hanuman, took up his bow and prepared to shoot.”

In this verse, Arjuna, the son of Pandu, looks at the army of his cousins, the Kauravas. He sees that they are all ready for battle, with their weapons prepared. Arjuna has a flag with Hanuman, the monkey god, on it. Feeling determined, Arjuna picks up his bow to get ready for the fight. This verse shows Arjuna getting ready to face his cousins in battle. It tells us that both sides are prepared and the fighting is about to start. Arjuna is brave and focused as he prepares to defend himself and his family.
